The Integrated Human Resource Information System is developed with an eye of meeting the key conditionality
criteria of Ministry of H & HW, Govt. of India. As per the conditionality, the followings need to be established
through an online system for all health service providers.
- Ensure implementation of iHRIS for all HRH (both regular & contractual) in the State.
- Salary invoices (e-Pay Slip) of all staffs to be generated by iHRIS.
- Posting and Transfer orders to be generated by iHRIS.
- Line listing of all staff for all facilities to be available.
- HRIS data should match with HMIS reporting, cases where it doesn’t, state to provide reason and numbers.
In addition, the iHRIS also provisioning the following features:
- Institutional Performance Report of HMIS vis-à-vis HR positioned in iHRIS.
- Performance Management of Contractual Staffs.
- Renewal and Contract Management of Contractual Staffs.
- Leave Management of Contractual Staffs.
- Profile Updation and e-Pay Slip through Mobile App.
- In view of the above, an open source based system has been developed and hosted at National Data Centre of NIC, Bhubaneswar with URL https://www.odishahrh.nic.in. Each Institution is incorporated with the Identification of Institutions with NIN (National Identification Number), a unique code developed by MoHFW, GoI for HMIS and National Health Stack for each health institution.
